1. Products

We specialize in raw Vietnamese bundles and HD/Transparent lace wigs. Because our products are raw hair, natural variations in color, texture, and pattern may occur.

2. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of hair products and hygiene standards:

All sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges once the order has been processed or shipped.

Wigs and bundles must not be worn, installed, cut, colored, or altered to qualify for any approved return (if applicable).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photo proof.

3. Processing & Shipping

Processing time: 2-5 business days 

Shipping time: 1-3 business days 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders suspected of fraud. Any fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated.

5. Product Care

Proper maintenance is required for raw hair longevity. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, over-processing, or chemical misuse.

6. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages beyond the purchase price of the product.
